With proper care, our hair extensions can last 6–12 months or longer. We recommend using sulfate-free products and heat protection for maximum longevity.

Yes, since our extensions are 100% Remy human hair, they can be toned or dyed. However, we always suggest consulting a professional stylist and performing a strand test first.

Yes. Use our Colour Match service to send a photo, and one of our stylists will recommend your perfect shade. You can also text a stylist directly for fast advice.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also log into your account to view your order status at any time.

FREE SHIPPING: Available on all Australian orders over $100. Delivery takes 5–7 business days via Australia Post with tracking. Orders under $100 incur a $12 shipping fee.

EXPRESS SHIPPING: Costs $15 and delivers within 2–3 business days via Australia Post with tracking.

EXPRESS COURIER: $20 delivery for metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra, Hobart, Darwin). Orders placed before 1pm Sydney time ship same day via Star Track Express and arrive in 1–2 business days.

INTERNATIONAL: Orders over $100 ship free via DHL. Orders under $100 incur a $20 fee. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days worldwide.

Note: All shipping times are estimates. Delays may occur during peak times or due to courier issues.

We offer a 90-day exchange policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Returns can take up to two weeks to be processed.

Inspect your extensions when they arrive. If you notice a fault, please return the product for a full refund.

Note: We cannot offer refunds for items that have already been worn or used.
